Great Producy But Terrible Packing!, June 14, 2012

I ordered my treadmill 2 months ago. I read a few reviews stating it was hard to put together. I am a single female and would never be considered a very handy person, however I was able to put it together myself in less than an hour. If you can read and follow simple directions you will be fine...if you can't then you may have some issues. The treadmill runs great and looks great! My only critique is amazon needs to do a better job of packaging and protecting the treadmill for shipping. My treadmill had a crack the size of a nickel when I opened it. doesn't affect the use of the treadmill but it would be nice to receive your product in perfect condition.

Got the 715T Plus in one day from Amazon, awesome free shipping. Arrived with common delivery wears on the box. Product was in original condition with no damages except for the console wire that was torn. I don't believe that occurred from shipping though. Called customer service and got a support agent in about a minute and got a case# and replacement part to be shipped all in about 5 minutes. Pretty good support as far as I am concerned. I am currently using it and testing it by taping the color-coded wires together with electrical tapes. It works fine for now (until replacement comes in).

Assembly was quite simple and intuitive with the manuals. There wasn't too much assembly anyways, just the mask and console plus a few small items. I have this item placed on Tile flooring with a piece of extra carpet in between for cushioning. I am about 140 pounds. Running on it for about 30 minutes seems to be quite sturdy and smooth. Feels quite solid as far as I am concern. This equipment is what it is described. I usually go to the gym and of course this does not feel like the ultra expensive equipments, but its awesome, sturdy, and smooth for the price and love it so far! Will update with some miles on this thing.
